MillerEdge updates MW non-monitored wireless systems

Updated: Jun 11

Effective immediately, there has been a change to the MW wireless edge systems due to the availability of parts. The previous discontinued models utilized a three-position "trinary" coding switch, which has been replaced by a more common two-position "binary" coding switch. The new switches now feature simplified 'on' and 'off' positions.

t's important to note that there have been no changes to the performance or installation of these models. The following is the complete list of new MW wireless edge models:

SINGLE-CHANNEL SYSTEMS

  • MWRT12B Single-Channel Wireless Sensing Edge System (replaces model MWRT12)

  • MWRTA12B Single-Channel Wireless Sensing Edge System with Low Battery Alarm (replaces model MWRTA12)

TWO-CHANNEL COMPONENTS

  • MWR22B Two-Channel Wireless Sensing Edge Receiver (replaces model MWR13)

  • MWT12B Wireless Sensing Edge Transmitter (replaces MWT12)

  • MWTA12B Wireless Sensing Edge Transmitter with Low Battery Alarm (replaces MWTA12)

Please note: The new binary models are cross-compatible with the legacy trinary models; however, additional programming is necessary. To pair binary and trinary components, carefully read and follow the updated installation instructions.
